Development Team
The Development Office exists for the benefit of The Christian School at Castle Hills, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We provide people the opportunity to support the school’s mission, vision, and its future through their financial contributions. Your gifts support us in the following ways:
- Acquire and develop buildings and property
- Renovate buildings
- Financial aid
- Teacher benefits
- Classroom improvements
- Department advancements
- Student programs
Rollie joined the development team at The Christian School at Castle Hills in September of 2022. He has been a pastor for over 40 years serving in churches in Arizona, Oregon and Illinois primarily in music and worship ministries. He has served as the Executive Director of Alumni at Moody Bible Institute, The Executive Director of the Christian Youth Center in Joliet, IL and recently as a Development Representative at Shepherds College. Rollie graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Western Seminary. He and his wife, Sandi, moved to Texas in 2022 They have 3 children, 7 grandchildren and one very precocious Siberian husky. He is a lifelong Chicago sports fan.
Since October 2021, Heidi has served in the Development Department for the Christian School at Castle Hills. Her work background includes nearly 10 years in ministry, education, and the nonprofit sector. One of her favorite assignments was with Focus on the Family working in the Adventures in Odyssey department. Heidi graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in religious studies and German. She also holds a Biblical studies certification from Colorado Christian University. Having grown up in a military family, she enjoys calling San Antonio home and exploring all Texas has to offer.
Megan Green joined the Development Department at Castle Hills in 2024. She and her family relocated to San Antonio from northern California in June of that year. Megan has three children who currently attend CHS. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Willamette University. Prior to joining the team at CHS, Megan worked in Christian Education in a variety of roles including teaching and support staff. She enjoys spending time with family at the pool and walking her Great Pyrenees, Boaz.
